Getting there

Much depends upon your point of departure, as to exactly how you will get to The Big Island. Flying into either Kona or Hilo Airports will involve at least one change of aircraft, given the routing from the mainland USA. As a rule of thumb, allow around eighteen hours from the UK, allowing for the inevitable customs clearance at a city such as Los Angeles or San Francisco. This is where a stop over en-route can be of extreme benefit, allowing you to break your journey along the way.

If, owing to a special offer, we have sold you an airfare as far as the west coast of the USA, then we can arrange a discounted ticket onwards to Kona or Hilo with our preferred air carrier, Hawaiian Airlines.

Ground Arrangements

From the moment you arrive, until the moment you leave, you will be in the excellent hands of our ground handlers, Sun Islands Hawaii.

Unless you have pre-booked a car rental, we will be delighted to arrange transfers to and from your hotel/condominium on arrival and departure.
