- PRICE GUARANTEE
Should the hotel or any Short Break
operator offer a like for like package, cheaper to you directly, Superbreak will
refund the difference! Of course, once they have confirmed
your booking, they will not change the price of your holiday.
- CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
In the unlikely event that you experience
a problem and have cause to make a written complaint, Superbreak will
respond within 14 days of receipt. If they do not, you will
be entitled to a £10 Leisure Break Voucher.
- SERVICE
Superbreak are at your service

- MEETING YOUR EVERY NEED
Should your first choice of break not
be available, Superbreak promises to offer you an
appropriate alternative. Don't forget that you can make your
reservation right up until the last minute - even on your
chosen date of travel.
- TICKET DESPATCH
All tickets and travel documents will be despatched to you the
same day for bookings made before 13:00 hrs or for bookings
made after 13:00 hrs the next working day.
- PEACE OF MIND
Your room will still be secured in the
event of your late arrival at a hotel.
- PAYMENT
Any monies paid by you, will be debited
to your credit/debit card by this company and will appear
on your statement as Superbreak.
