All Travelscene breaks are essentially independent and made to order, not "packaged" in the traditional sense of the word. You therefore have complete flexibility to choose your time and day of departure, grade of hotel and duration of your break.

  • Avoid disappointment - City breaks are becoming more and more popular and at certain times of the year, demand for particular destinations is very high. We recommend therefore that you book early to avoid disappointment.
  • Book up until the day before departure - To be sure of availability at your chosen hotel, we advise you to book well ahead. But, if you're looking for an impulsive break away, we can usually find accommodation for you right up until the day before departure.
  • Peace of mind - As long-standing members of the Association of British Travel Agents (ABTA No. V5889) and a tour operator licensed by the Civil Aviation Authority (ATOL No. 034), Travelscene are bonded to protect customer payment and repatriation. In addition, World of Transport Travel covers all our clients with Tour Operator Failure Cover, thus adding extra protection for your holiday. This now means that when using Travelscene, you have peace of mind knowing that your money is totally secure.
  • Deposits and Balance of Payment dates If booking more than ten weeks before departure, we can accept a non-refundable deposit of £50 per person (plus medical/travel insurance, if required), with the balance due ten weeks before departure. If booking within ten weeks, then the full amount due is required at the time of making your reservation.
