How to Book
What constitutes a group booking? Whilst this varies from supplier to supplier, it’s normally 16 or more people, or at least 10 rooms, staying at the same time. Contact us with your requirements and let us take the stress out of the group booking process. Let us know as much information about the booking as you can, such as where the group want to stay, why, and any add-ons required aldong with your approximate budget etc. Once your booking is confirmed, we will then require payment and ask you to send through guest/passenger names, for which we may need to take further details depending upon the supplier. |
Payment If your booking is outside 8 weeks: We require a 25% non-refundable deposit. This may vary by supplier and we will inform you of the exact amount prior to confirmation. Outside of 8 weeks & where theatre or concert tickets are included, we require a £100 non-refundable deposit per person.

Dependent upon our suppliers, we aim to provide a firm quote within 48 working hours for UK enquiries, and 72 hours for overseas destinations.
